Ingredients:
1/2 pound pork
1 cup cabbage, finely minced
2 green onions
2 T soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1 package of pot sticker wraps
1/2 cup water
Mix together pork, cabbage, onions, sauce, oil, ginger and salt in a bowl. Drop 1 spoonful of mixture onto each wrap. Wet the top half of each edge of each wrap. Fold the wrap in 1/2 and pinch together to seal. Fry in oil until lightly brown. Pour in water, cover and reduce heat until water evaporates. Serve.

Chinese Stir-fry Chicken with Walnuts
Ingredients:
2 whole chicken
1/3 cup chicken broth
3 T soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp ginger, minced (substitution: 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
3 T oil
1 cup walnuts
4 green onions
Toast walnuts in a frying pan over medium, then remove. Stir together broth, sauce, sugar and cornstarch in a bowl. Cut onions, diagonally, into 2 inch pieces. Cut chicken in thin strips and cook over high heat. Stir in mixture and cook until thickened. Add nuts and onions. Serve with rice.
