Pie Crust
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup crisco
3 T water
1 T vinegar
1 egg
Sift together flour and salt. Cut in crisco. Mix together water, vinegar and egg. Add to flour mixture.
Makes 2 pie crusts.
