Black Bean Dip

Ingredients:
2 cups black beans, cooked
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander
pinch of cayenne
1 garlic clove
2/3 cups parsley, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
salt
1/3 cup chopped walnuts*
2 T spanish olives, minced*

Mix all ingredients together and salt to taste. *Walnuts and olives optional. Chill and serve.
