3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup butter
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp orange zest
1 1/4 cups oat bran
1 cup flour
1 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup raisins
Mix together ingredients and drop by 1/4 cup onto ungreased cookie cheet. Press to 3 inch circles and cook 14-16 minutes at 350 degrees.
